First Time Home Care specializes in cleaning residential homes. We offer daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, occasional, and one-time service. The most widely performed service is the Standard Cleaning Service, but we can also assist you with a variety of special projects, such as post-construction cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, in-depth spring cleaning, custom cleaning, and party service. First Time Home Care treat your home with complete care, respect, and individual attention. We work with you to design a cleaning plan tailored to your needs. You can specify your priorities, change your cleaning routine, skip a certain room, or add special instructions. | | Pricing There are many factors involved in determining price. We consider your home’s size, condition, location, your needs and preferences, the number of occupants, presence of pets, and frequency of cleaning. We custom price each home and provide you with a price quote during our free, no obligation, on-site consultation. You can also obtain an estimate over the phone. The cost is based on the time spent inside your home. Our standard rate is $22.00 per hour, per person. There is a four hour (total) minimum to receive this low rate. All smaller jobs are priced on relatively higher rates. For our first visit, usually is need more time to deep clean certain areas of your home so that can maintain that standard of cleaning with each subsequent visit. The following are the price ranges for cleaning typical homes on regular, bi-weekly basis: Studio: $65-$70 One bedroom apartment: $70-$80 Two bedroom apartment: $80-$90 House (less than 2000 square feet): $100-$120 House (2000 -3500 square feet): $120-$150 House (3500 - 5000 square feet): $150-$200
