If you are experience, have references, warm, caring, compassionate, patient and are dedicated to provide care for children, elderly, we have positions in Chicagoland area up to 150 mil. We are looking for Special Providers With a Golden Heart in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana.
You must heave the following qualifications;
· ALL APPLICANT must be legally able to work in US
· At least 1 year experience in Care Giving or Child Care
· Speak, read, write English fluent
· A valid driver's license (prefer)
· Reliable transportation
· CPR & Health forms
When you come in to our office to complete an application, you must bring
· Two forms of ID (example; ID,DL,SS,GC or Passport)
· Two professional reference that may we contact
· CPR & Health forms from Doctor ( visit cost $ 50- $100 )
Driving record abstract from Secretary of State (cost $ 12 )
Criminal History check by IL State Police (cost $ 50 )
You will be required to complete a competency evaluation which you must pass by 80%. In addition,
you will have personal interview with our CEO.
