All CareGivers are trained.
To complete your application:
You must heave the following qualifications;
· ALL APPLICANT must be legally able to work in US
· At least 1 year experience in Care Giving or Child Care (no family or friends)
· Speak, read, write English.
· A valid driver's license (prefer)
· Reliable transportation
· CPR training.
· Health forms (Physical exam in last 12 months include TB test)
· Minimum 18 years of age
· Clean Background
When you come in to our office to complete an application, you must bring
- Three forms of ID (example; ID, DL, SS, GC, Birth Certificate, Passport,)

- Health forms from Doctor ( visit cost $ 50- $100 )
- Driving record abstract from Secretary of State (cost $ 12 )
- Criminal History, check by State Police Dept (cost $50)
- Non-Medical Certificate ( 8 hours training if you are not CNA cost $40 ) ( Classes available every day start 10am, 800 E. Ogden, Suit # 3, Downers Grove IL)
- Two professional reference that may we contact ( no family or friends)
- If we won't be able to check them, that means no REFERENCE
Don't waste your time if you don't have any verifiable references related to the field that you want applying for. Your application has to be completed 100% as a candidate and to be accepted for an interview with our agency. You can be confident that your personal information is secure.
You will be required to complete a competency evaluation which you must pass by 80%. In addition, you will have personal interview with our CEO.
