- In-depth interview to determine skills and experience
- Criminal background check through the State Police
- License/certificate verification in accordance with state law
- Reference checks via phone or mail
- Health screenings
- Hepatitis B vaccination
- PPD/Tuberculosis
- Current CPR certification
- Once screened and approved for hire, each First Time Home Care Candidate undergoes:
- In-office orientation prior to placement
