Screening:
First Time Home Care selects the most qualified, trusted professionals to present to our clients for employment consideration. Our care Nannies go through a rigorous screening process before ever being considered for placement in our client’s home. Each care specialist is personally interviewed by a First Time Home Care licensed employment counselor and must meet the following criteria to be considered for placement through our agency
- Must be Legal to work
- 20 years or older
- 1+ years of professional experience
- Work References
- Doctors physical
- Speak Good English
- Non Smoker
- No criminal convictions
- Current Drivers License
